SPAWN help please

Ok so i have a Minecraft World iv'e been building with friends on my server. So the map is nearly finished but i cant set the spawn point for the players. I want them to spawn in certain room but have no idea how to make all the players that join the map in that room!
Let me give better description i have this map that i have on my server i'm going to make a Minigame to post on minecraft forums and planet minecraft. i have made a room on the map where i want the players to spawn but i have no idea how to make them spawn there! the map is going to be a minigame map that is for fun ,that you just put in your server world folder to play with friends and have fun!
