Hi, I recently opened a minecraft server, and I needed to custom potions with different speed amplifiers.
I know that the only amplifiers avaible are the integer ones. But I'd really like to know and I'm trying to see if it's possible by any way (coding, plugin, etc...) to get a 1.5 or else that isn't an integer as an amplifier on the speed effect. So this is my question. It would really help if you know an answer to my question. Thank you.

you could do that with attributes
not with the /effect command tho

welp, getting a 1.5 speed effect is impossible by itself i think, though with the /attribute command you could get what is theoretically 1.5x speed boost
