SpiralStormHost issues

I bought a plan from www.spiralstormhost.com and I think I was scammed. After the purchase, my service said "Pending". I got a confirmation email from changeme@changeme.com. Odd, right? But now my plan was completely erased form my products/services list on the site. It's like I never even bought it! I tried asking for support from a live chat on the site, and nobody answered. I issued a ticket, nobody responded. I don't know what to do. My buddy told me that when he bought a plan from spiral, his disappeared from the products/services list too but his is up and running? I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. Please help!
