hey there i started a bukkit server but i can only join using localhost ip i port fowarded can anyone help me please please please pm me if you can

I had this problem so I ended up just buying one, the server hosting provider link is in my signature check it out they are the cheapest best, friendliest there is!
Same thing happpened to me. If it says "Cannot bind port* then shut down your computer.
