Are you using win7? because it happend to me too, when i got vista on my laptop, i just hosted a server without problem, but yesterday i get win7, its just ignores everything, and nobody can join to the server :S

hamachi yes, but i cant connect on your server it says: Connection timed out:connect
if it says network doesnt exist...how do i fix it?

The IP address is there, but you need hamachi to get on the server, and actually it says,"network doesnt exist."
Btw I can help you a lot in plugins. I just done with intalling my plugins, butmy friends cant join
