Ok, my name is Andrew. I would love to be able to run a beautiful server with plugins and stuff, but, i cannot host. I have tried all ways and everything....sooooo I am looking for a partner who can just host it. It can be a 50/50 or whatever ownership you like. So please let my dream come true!!!

Rent a managed server from a host that allows ftp access.
If you are just starting off I recommend this host they have good support and the best prices out there.
