I want to create a server and cant afford hosting and my computer doesn't have administrator rights (long story)
here is the issues:
*I cant get a static IP because it needs admin
*cant download himachi (install needs admin)
I have a linksys and a virgin media router(don't know why theirs 2)
-ADDITIONAL INFO-
I have access to admin on other computers, will setting a static ip up on that allow me to port forward on my laptop

You are very welcome If you need help setting up a website I can do an enjin one for free.
EDIT: You can just make a PayPal account, then not have to put a credit card on it or anything. It will just add the money to like a bank account on PayPal.

If you really need a server see if a host will sponsor one for you. You will need a very good, original idea and explain to them why you should get one. Or just find someone else to get host one for you.
should I add server details here or should I post them somewhere?
I would make a post on Server Recruitment seeing if someone will be willing to host it until there is enough donations to get a hosted one. Then tell them what they would recieve such as 50% of donations or anything. You could also try e-mailing a host telling them you want one, but can't afford it. They may give you one if your server sounds interesting enough.
I dont have any credit details and have no way to recieve that money so they can have 100%, thanks for the help

any other ways to host, I'd prefer to use Bukkit GUI
