i wanted to know how to change the block/item/helmet the steve head its called head and i see on custom maps that ppl have them as different skins can someone pls help me with this thx

There is a server plugin for this, called Decaptitation, but if you are playing single player or do not know how to mod your server, then you are out of luck.
Currently I do not think there is a way to change the head's skin.
