Steve skin help

Help, I change my skins and I can see it. But when I play servers (mainly shotbow) or big servers my friends say it is steve. But if I go in my inventory or press F5 I can see my skin..

You probably need to just re-log. Once you update your skin it will take a while for EVERYONE on the server to load it.
You changed your skin through minecraft.net right? If so, It's the server's fault
If you haven't bought minecraft through, and you changed it through the game files, then sucks for you.
If you haven't bought minecraft through, and you changed it through the game files, then sucks for you.
