Steve walking or jumping automatically

For some reason when I start moving using the W A S D keys I move automatically. This happens frequently when ever I use my modpack, it seems to work fine whenever I play my server modpack that is basically intentionally used for servers though. It isn't because of my keyboard because when I started moving automatically I open up my browser, clicked on the search bar and it wasn't typing automatically. Do you know why it is doing that? It's weird and annoying at the same time. It might be because of the mods or because of the lag making it so that the keys don't function correctly. Sometimes when I use the moving keys I don't even move or move at a different way I wanted to move. I mean Come on, this is a computer which is something that doesn't have problems with the moving keys that is basically acting like my Wii U. If it isn't because of these mods I'm thinking about reporting this glitch/bug to mojang and see that they can fix this but the chances are they can't because it's nearly impossible to fix something that has to do with lag. I also wanted to say that once in a while I have this problem without mods but this isn't a problem anymore for me.
