Sticky keyboard fix for nVidia users

ive had the sticky key problem ever since i tried to start a PO2 server and after some googling i found that if you have an nVidia GPU, the geForce Experience utility that runs will cause this issue. if you right-click and exit on the icon in the system tray(next to clock) it will fix it. ive had issues with nVidia software and OBS Studio as well. the utility isnt needed so you can disable it from the startup
