Earlier I was on my server and was building until I got myself somehow stuck inside an air block. My server uses the following;
EssentialsX
WorldGuard
WorldEdit
bPermisions
I tried to see if this glitch occurred on other servers, and it did not. So I tried deleting my player.dat file (yes, i did the right one) and the glitch still occurred. Can someone help me, as I built quite a lot on this server and would not like to lose it!

I know it's too early to bump this, but this is urgent, so I need help NOW.
Yes, I have. It did nothing. I've tried a lot - deleting my UUID file, reinstalling Essentials (which seems to be the cause) - you name it. I need help soon!
Oh yeah, and let me also mention that it exclusively happens to me and no one else. I'm also using the latest version of Optifine for my client, but it only started this morning (long after I got the four plugins) and it doesn't occur on all other servers.

Have you tried a full restart of your server (Totally off and back on if your hosting it on your home computer use /stop but multicraft i advise going to the panel and pressing restart but /stop would also work)
