I am stuck in fullscreen! PLEASE HELP
I accidently enabled fullscreen in video settings and now my minecraft crashes all the time and i cant play. PLEASE HELP!

Is the game in fullscreen mode, or just going black?
You could try going into the .minecraft folder and manually changing (in the .txt file called "options") "fullscreen:true" to "fullscreen:false" ..
If it's not in fullscreen or it continues to be a black screen after disabling fullscreen mode, that's an entirely different issue and could mean your game is corrupted or your graphics card is out of date, but don't quote me on that... I honestly don't know that I'd be able to help with that without being able to check through files and settings.
This thread'll end up being locked, though, as soon as a mod sees it, because of the necro posting .. If none of what I've said helps, you can add me on Skype and I can see if I'd be able to help at all .. Best bet, though, would be to post a new thread with all of your issues, your computer specs, and any crash reports that've been created because of this issue.

Yes, that will get rid of everything - Don't do it.
Start up minecraft. Log in. First, try pressing F11
If that doesn't work:
Click Options. Click video settings. Turn full screen off.
If it crashes, before you can do even that, add me on Skype (Skynet-Kytten) and I will help you.

HELP!! My son is having the same problem and we are not finding a solution. We can't even get to the start up menu. When we press play, the game goes to full screen is all black. We can hear the music, but see nothing. He was able to play for a while. When it got to that screen he pressed the power button and it took it out of full screen and played fine. Can any of y'all help us!!

Then why don't you recommend to get his
-recourcepacks folder
-saves foler
- mods folder (if he uses forge)
Out of the minecraft folder before deleting it.
If he put these folders on his desktop and run minecraft the game will start. If he then put the folders back he only have to restore his servers.

Then why tell him to delete his entire .minecraft folder? -.- there are better ways, to do it. My fiance works for Oracle - I could care less about your simple plugins and java codes.

Will this get rid of my saved games and all my servers that I have saved?
Go to the start menu, Type in %appdata%
If you using windows xp, Type %appdata% into run.
If your using windows vista, 7, or windows 8, Go to start and just search %appdata% and click enter.
Delete the .minecraft folder you see in %appdata%
this will remove the game and everything from your pc, Just open minecraft and it will re download the game again and it will run fine.
