Stuttering when turning
Whenever I turn in any direction, FPS drops.
I've checked the profiler thing and updatedisplay jumps up when it happens.
It's been happening on both optifine and base game, and turning off shaders doesn't effect anything.
I'm using an RTX 2070s and a Ryzen 7 3700x with 32 GB RAM why is it even stuttering

Typically happens when render distance is set too high. Try looking up, do you drop less frames?
Yep, turning down the polling rate fixed it.
Render distance is set to 6, tried on 1 and it still happens. Looking up still lags.
Edit:
It's happening in every game when I move my mouse. I've pinpointed it to the polling rate, i've had issues with high polling rate causing lag when moving my mouse in the past.
