Tactical Crafting - Looking for Builders/Admins

Tactical Crafting is an absolutley new server creative server, and we haven`t even buildt the spawn yet.
We need Builders, admins and developers to make this an awesome server that can grow big.
How are we going to become a great popular server?
We are going to have an awesome community, and very helpfull and cool staff.
We are going to have regular build competitions with great prizes.
We are going to make an offical building team with the best builders from the server and do great big projects on the server.
We are going to have very big plots, and give access to even bigger as you rank up in building/redstone or something else.
We are going to rank the players in building, redstoning, pixel art and other things to create motivation to continue building and get rated/ranked up.
We are going to allow high ranked members/donators to have there own world on our server where they can invite friends and build there own projects.
We are going to allow people to use world edit and voxel sniper inside there own plot.
This will become a great server, and you have the oppertunity to be apart of the creation and running of it.
When the server launch the builders and developers will become admins/mods.
We are looking for admins that can help building our spawn and other things, not just be admins.
