Hello, I am working towards making a custom modpack for my YouTube channel. I have all the files in place but I cannot figure out how to get the URL of the files to work with the modpack. Now when I try to launch the pack this is what happens:

(Edited out some parts of the URL as the pack is not for public use.

Do you guys have suggestions on how I can fix it?

You could try unticking "Make this pack hidden" in your third image, and put in the modpack URL, in the op, you were having trouble with this.
You could try uploading your files to something like Mediafire, then the link which you click to click "download" you could put that in the URL. I haven't had much experience with Technic personally, so I don't know what else to suggest. :L
The link in the op, which says "www.dropbox.com....." you could try putting that in the URL?
If you're still having troubles let me know and I'll see if I can sort it out.

I fixed the image.

Thanks, you can also just right-click the smaller image and select 'Copy image URL' and paste that in your browser. I will update original post.
