i need help when downloading a technic map. its soo confusing everyone gives all these detailed descriptions and everyone has MAC but i have PC so i would love it if you could give me a less detailed description for downloading a map on PC

Minecraft stores it's maps in this folder:
<Your accounts home folder>/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/saves/
Now I think you're talking about the technic pack, which has a separate location. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it stores the files here:
<Your accounts home folder>/AppData/Roaming/.techniclauncher/<name of the modpack>/saves/
The AppData folder is hidden by default, press the start button and type "%AppData%", press enter and an explorer window will pop up with the appdata folder open.
