Technic Pack Lag Help!

Hey guys I just got Technic Pack. And it's been extremely laggy. It's the time of lag when you'll be doing fine for about 3 seconds, then it freezes then it goes to 0 fps and then back up again. HOW do I stop this?

It could be many problems. It could be you computer/laptop just can't handle Minecraft. It could also be because you have been playing too long at one time and it can't handle Minecraft for that long of time. You could also try rebooting your laptop/computer. That's what I usually do, and it works fine for me.
