Tekkit help

I need help to update my tekkit to 1.3.3 or up to the latest version. how i get onto tekkit is double click technic luancher latest. then i click sign in and ya but i want to get on a server but it sais to update to 1.3.3 and i need the folowing mods
mod_IC2 v1.103
mod_ComputerCraft 1.41
mod_CCTurtle 1.41
mod_Railcraft 5.4.7

PLEASE HELP IM DIEING TO PLAY ON A TEKKIT SERVER I ALSO NEED STEP BY STEP INSTROUCTIONS THANK YOU BYE!
