Tekkit restrict DisableItems.config help

I've been playing around with this trying to block a few ee items but cant seem to get it.
Any Input would be great!

I added those four items under the disable items.(not sure if done correct)
I also put tekkitrestrict.noitem.ID.DATA under the groups perms.(do i need to add the id of the item where it says id?) and still no
luck on gettings these items banned
