Tektopia mod with out communism?

in 2020 i liked to play the tektopia mod wich makes villagers have jobs such as: miner, woordchopper(engilsh is hard 😭), guard, chef, blacksmith, farmer, etc. all the villegers take the products they made to a communal storage system, meaning they are total comunists. how would a mod like this work with other economic systems (for example capitalism)
