Teleport f a item is in inventory

Hello i need some help,

I did searched on google for a long time now.

So i'm in need of a plugin wich checks if you have a certain item in the inventory so
lets say if you want to use the teleport/warp you need 1 diamond in your inventory after you did get warped/teleported you receive your diamond back


Is there a plugin wich contains the features i'm looking for or is there only a own use version build?
