/tellraw help!

Hello! I am currently creating a map, and I was wondering if there was a way to perform multiple actions with just one tellraw command. In my example, I am trying to summon a mob in my location and turn invisible with the visible text: "-Click here- to turn into a mob!" If anyone knows if this is possible, and if it is how to create this, please let me know ASAP.

Dragnoz on youtube has done something using command blocks doing basically this, but turning into a swarm of bats while sending yourself invisible to appear as if youd turned into the swarm of bats.
