Texture got messed up after changing

Hello,
I really like the bare bones texture pack but theres not camel texture and i also wanted to change certain parts of it to my liking so I went and changed leaves textures and allay to the yellow variant and simplified the camel texture (literally just bucket filling the shading parts to a simplified palette without messing with the pixel amount. I loaded up the changes and the allay is looking exactly like i made yet somehow camel's texture got messed up. its so missaligned. I didnt move any parts of the camel in the texture sheet, only changed colors. does anybody know what happened here and how can I fix it?
