Texture pack color mapping problems.

So I started making a texture pack for the first time. I went into color mapping to change what color were the leaves and grass. I tested it and it worked fine except foliage and grass would stay green in swamp biomes and spruce and birch leaves were always green. Please help!

spruce leaves are not affected by the colourmap so you may need to change the spruce leaves texture
