Texture Pack Crash

So I had a texture pack I use all the time, but I used the default one to build a house for a rank on a server, then when I switched back, while the other texture pack was loading Minecraft crashed and it won't open back up. I googled some things but didn't find anything. If you know how to fix it please tell me.

It's probably background lag, especially if you run an old computer. It also could be strain from loading in 32x or higher textures, because the game has to upgrade the resolution of each and every loaded texture. To prevent crashing, change packs out-of-world.
Post crash logs please.
If the texture pack is the one that won't reopen just redownload it.
