Here is a little tutorial document which shows how to install a resourcepack. It is just a check to make sure you have done it correctly. It is an .rtf document which will open using Windows Wordpad application. The tutorial is done on MC 1.12.2, but it is the same for later versions of Minecraft.

hello, thanks but what you just gave me that I know, the problem is that the original resource package does not load or they do not work, I install other resource packages, but the error still follows
Could you prvide a link to one of the packs you are having issues with please ?

if you pay attention you see that there are two different resource packages used, if you can help me please
The first screenshot shows the texturepacks in the left-hand column. If this is how you are playing, then that is not correct.
The texturepacks you wish to use should be in the right-hand column. the same side as the default texturepack, on top of the Default.
This was shown in the document I gave you a link.
Here is a screenshot of what it should look like. In this example, Minecraft will look in the Quadrel pack first to find blocks and items and use them. If it is not able to find a particular block or item, then it will try the next texturepack, in this example, Faithful. It is not a good idea to use multiple texturepacks because most of the blocks and items will be found in the first (top) texturepack. You will see very little (if any) of the textures from the second pack. I hope google can translate well.
