what you need to do is make sure no one else in the house is using the internet then turn you graphics to fast instead of fancy turn you max fps to about 90 and then turn clouds off then if all else fails BRAKE YOUR COMPUTER

If u have a lot of crap open on ur computer or ppl on ur network are using a lot of bandwidth close the processes and tell the ppl to stop using Internet
Get a better internet connection, play on a server nearer to you...
Close and stop processes that use a lot of bandwidth
