Texture Pack not showing uplive_help

So I made a resource pack followed all the steps and it isn't showing up in my minecraft resource packs folder. How do I fix this?

Does it have correct folder structure?

So for example:

RP.zip/RP
    |
    assets
    pack.mcmeta
    pack.png

Instead of:

RP.zip/RP
    |
    RP
     |
     assets
     pack.mcmeta
     pack.png

Verify the pack.mcmeta file. It might have a spelling error or an invalid character.

Hold F3 and press T which will reload texture packs and that might work

Does the pack have a pack.mcmeta file?
