Texture pack problems HELP!
I've generally had good results with texture packs but when 1.6 and "resource packs" came out my packs got all screwy (yes i did update them by re downloading them and mcpatcher updating them but i still have the same problem). every pack i have but disco's OCD pack and dokucraft dark all have instead of the packs texture i get the default textures with every thing but the GUI and the menu's(title,options etc) and occasionally the items will be the packs but normally are not. i have no idea how to fix this so please help!

Regardless if you use the TextureEnder, when using texture packs, you might still get the fonts slightly messed up.
Here's what you do:
1. When logged into Minecraft with 'screwed up' font, select the default texture pack.
2. Log out.
3. Log in.
4. Text should be fine - select whatever resource pack you want.

textureEnder did work......with one pack and thank you for the font problem fix
Mojang has something on their website, called TextureEnder, I think. It converts Texture packs to resource packs, but without custom sounds. Hope it all works out for ya!
I don't know... Try downloading a texture pack specifically made for Minercraft 1.6 instead of converting them. There could be a problem with the program you're using to convert the texture packs with.

i tried that but it still has the same textures and when i change it to my 1.5 minecraft its fine >:(
