I Want to make a texture pack. But i have no idea how to do it. Can someone tell me how?

You need to make a copy of the texture files from your minecraft.jar, terrain.png, etc. Then you need to use a program to edit the textures, you can't use paint. I use paint.net. Once you have finished changing the textures you put it in a zip file and put it in your texture packs folder.
