(Dummy) Guide to finding resource packs on planetminecraft:
1. Go to 'Browse' (website menu)
2. Go to 'Packs' (in the dropdown menu of browse)
3. Click on 'Any Game Version'
4. Put the version to 1.10
5. Done, The page will refresh and a list of 1.10 compitable resource-packs appears.
6. Click any pack of your liking
7. Click the 'download' option on the right.

1. Go to Minecraft
2. Go to settings
3. Click resourcepacks
4. Click 'open resourcepacks folder'
5. Drag the downloaded .zip or .rar file into the folder
6. Close the folder
7. Restart Minecraft*
8. Boom, your packs should be there.
*You don't have to restart, but can also go to the menu > and resource packs again.
