Hello!
For a while now, I've been attempting to download texture packs to use in different versions of Minecraft. Currently, I have one texture pack that works, which I downloaded a very long time ago. That being said... I don't remember how to do it.
I've researched this for a while now, and although I've tried, nothing works. I'm not very good with files and other things like this (that take little computer knowledge.. oops) and I was wondering if one of you on here could help! I have the pack in a .zip file, and it is in the folder but it doesn't show up in game.(I'm 100% sure that the pack I'm attempting to use is compatible with this version of Minecraft) http://imgur.com/KPWYrV7
Thanks!

Thank you both! I'll be attempting your techniques... Fingers crossed!
Try renaming the file and remove the Empty spaces.
Try extracting the files out of the zip. Possibly the actual pack is in it.
Well the error says it all. you need an older version of the texture pack for your minecraft version.
Some packs offer older versions. some dont.

I'm not talking about my Faithful pack, I'm talking about the other one I have. I downloaded it for 1.8, and I was using Minecraft 1.8. If you aren't talking about the Faithful pack, I'm sorry.
