Texture problems

I need help, after 1.8 my resource packs have had some... problems. Most blocks have missing textures. Let me send a link of an example in a debug world

my resource pack works fine in 1.8 a few things I would be sure of is
fisrt off make sure the textures are in a multiple of 2 so 2-4-6-8-16-32-64-128-256-512 ect
and make sure there the same size each direction
also would help to know which blocks they are where you have missing textures
and if someone changed the meshes for the blocks but didn't set the texture to them that would make it have missing textures possibly as well.
hope something here helped but hard to know for sure what the problem is without having more info on it.

Can you tell us what blocks are those?

The resource packs aren't 1.8
