Once 1.13 came my shield texture broke the textures have the right name and the pack is for 1.14 the patternless shield is fine though any help?

All pattern files is the same size and in RGB mode?
same size but how do i check if its in rgb mode?
I use GIMP for that, right click on image in program, and from context menu Image>>mode or something similar
yes they are RGB
Maybe there's a problem with texture of shield with pattern, try open it in GIMP or paint.net, remove background(even if it seems to be transparent) and save again
the names of the files at the bottom are shield_base shield_base_nopattern and base
