TextureEnder only converts GUI?

I was using TextureEnder to convert and HD Texture pack but it only converted the GUI and said that the files of the items and blocks could not be found.... Any help?

if you want to keep mcpatcher stuff use mcpatcher to convert it
I've had no problems using TextureEnder. Make sure the pack's updated to 1.5's format before converting to 1.6's format.
Just do it manually.

Did you click on the texture pack then convert or did you open it then press convert?
