Title pretty much says it all. I tried converting some packs in the latest snapshot using the converter, and, while changing the packs outside of in-game is fine, doing so in-game, well, you'll see...

I suspect it might have something to do with switching to a pack of a different resolution, as switching between Isabella II and Default didn't produce such results. I even tried patching it afterwards and the same occurred.
