Is there a Kill Count Plugin?
I'm trying to think of a new way for players to rank up if they didn't want to settle down and build a house for our general first up-rank.
I need a plugin that I would be able to check a players kill count to ensure they met the required kills before I rank them up, so I know they didn't cheat their way to get the rank.
I've tried to do research on my own on this, but the plugins I seem to find are out-dated and are questionable if they would even run properly or preform the task that is necessary.

Oh. I wouldn't even know where to start in setting it up. ._.
I just want something where i could type a command to check on a specific player to easily see that they actually completed requirements.

ScoreboardAPI is a discontinued plugin, I'm not sure if it would still work. I wanted to start PvP when 1.7 came around and not sure if this would work at all in 1.7.
Im talking about the vanilla scoreboard....
Use the scoreboard API to put their kills bellow their names
