I found this dedicated server, so is this a good deal? https://www.wholesaleinternet.net/cart/?id=215

No its not go to https://ggservers.net/index.html and see what you think.
I'm fairly certain almazio1 is searching for a dedicated server or at least a VPS. What you are suggesting is a game server provider which is fairly different.
Didnt get what he wanted till i reread thanks.
I want to switch from my current host (I had to buy multiple shared servers) for bungeecord. Do you also have to buy multiple vps servers or just buy 1 (like dedicated)?
You can just use one VPS. Game server providers require you to buy multiple since if you haven't noticed, they only allow you to run one server/jar for each plan. VPSs and dedicated servers are essentially the same thing except without having the physical server to your own use.
So I might be going with ramnode (as you recomended). What plan should i get? They all have 1 IPv4 address (I need more for bungeecord right xD)?
Edit: I also don't have a big budget :/

For multiple servers you'll need quite a bit of ram due to, well, multiple servers. If you want cheaper you can search for some on LowEndBox or stick to RamNode as they are quite recommended(a bit more expensive in my opinion), but make sure you check the terms of service as some hosts don't allow minecraft servers specifically. As for the IP's, you'll only need 1 IP, as you can just run the Bungee proxy on the default minecraft port(25565), and all the minecraft servers on other ports, such as 25566 or whatever. No need for a separate IP.

No, not really, you'll be having troubles with that processor as it is an Intel Atom. Higher clock per core would be better for minecraft. At minimum, an i3-2120 would be good enough if you don't have that much money.
At that size and specs of the server you are looking at, you probably should go with a VPS instead(such as ramnode, use code LEB35 for a recurring 35% off discount), as they are cheaper and still have the advantages of root access and all that jazz. If you want to get a dedicated box later on and expand, check out SoYouStart and kimsufi. For even bigger servers, OVH. They're actually all the same company, just under a different name.
