You could add more information to the description, instead of saying little to no lag say No Lag and Awesome staff to Friendly Staff.
The banner isn't convincing. What I'm trying to tell is that your banner could be better if you put more effort into it. Maybe add a Better Background that has something to do with the Prison Server.
