Threat to close my server over copyright claim

Hello, I had not been on pmc for a while but decided to checkup on my server JamesAdamCraft
Recently a player joined claiming the server to be shutdown because it was illegal usage of the copyrighted name "James Adams" from Cherub even though my server is called JamesAdam not James Adams
This person is a level 1 miner claiming to be a moderator, should I just ignore it?
And, it was three days ago, and there is no copyright label for the character, and how is he supposed to shut down a minecraft server?

That guy is probaly just trying to troll and shut down servers, that copywrighted name sounds like a username which cant be copywirghted like that from what I know

If he is true ask him what sever hoster your using. If he ignores it then hes a fake
You shouldn't do anything unless you receive an official notice such as a cease and desist order..
Or reply to him saying something about him being a troll.
