[NOT WORKING] Tinker's Construct and Cauldron?

I need some help because my players really enjoy the tinker's construct mod, but as soon as we added a way for there to be plugins like essentials and worldedit (Cauldron) Tinker's construct stopped loading. It just doesn't work and I don't know why. I tried reinstalling with both the latest and recommended versions. I need some feedback here. If there is no way for it to work can you at least tell me why?
