So recently I've decided to make a public Minecraft server and I was wondering if I could get some useful tips for managing it?
I have ran a server before but it is a private vanilla one I use for me and my friends.

Don't give new people staff, only reward it to people you trust and who are active. Also, no matter the server, having a website helps improve the playing experience.
