I am new to shops and I was wondering what are some good shop plugins, and what plugins do I need to get to run them?

I (and some others) can make shops out of vanilla minecraft command blocks.
There are several plugins you can use to set up a shop. My personal choice would be one called chestshop, found here http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/chestshop/ . It's simple to setup and supports both player and admin based shops for you to use.
