Towny Chat Help

I am getting so tired of configing it to make the chat look like how i want it. It used to get changed and look how i want it but every time i make a change and upload it to the server now it breaks the config. Can anyone help me and comment what the config would look like if you wanted it to show your ingame rank and town name and thats it? I hope that this would be a quick answer as this issue is making my server messed up. Thanks in advance!
