Towny help!

Hey guys! I got my server (WickedCraftz) All configured and i got woke up on skype telling me towny is stuffed, i come on and my players type /t withdraw <amount>.
They get the money, but nothing is withdrawn from the town! The money doesnt go out of the town, the player gets money! I was wondering how do you fix this, and if anyone has skype if they can add me (joeysrour19) and if your bothered help me config towny to my likings (I dont get towny TBH) Thanks! ahah i know half of this doesnt make sense cause im in a rush. If you can help me post in the comments below (or teach me towny)
