Towny HELP

Hi im have a new towny server and i have problem. we can't build or destory in wild. i have trying perms they don't work ik it is possible to fix that with out pers in /townyworld but i have forgot how I fix this. if someone is really good at configuring towny and maybe add things to the plugin. pls contact me on discord.
