Towny Issues

Hello guys and gals, as the title is saying I am having issues with Towny. To start, when someone claims a town it registers them as Mayor but they are able to invite anyone, or remove the town. Im sure they may be other issues but those are the two we were working on fixing. The second issue is that when they try to delete it, every time they do it adds another line in chat so when they walk in and out of the town plot it spams.
