Towny Help

Hi guys,
I have a towny server in mind that I want to create over the next couple of days, but I have a couple of questions;

- When I set up towny, does the owner (me) need to create a town for new members to live in temporarily until players have their own resources to create their own town? I'm a newbie at Towny, so I don't quite understand how everything works.

- I am in need of plugins suggestions that I could use for my towny/survival server. I have the following;

This IS my first time creating a towny server, so if any plugins above aren't needed, please tell me!
