Towny problems. Need help?

I'm Van
I recently started a new minecraft server called wolfcraft.
While i'm figuring everything out I have had some problems with Towny.
If I want to start a new town it doesn't work.
If I'm not using Register it says that i can't afford a new town (I'm using Iconomy and have about 1 million dollars)
When i'm using Register it just says: Null

Can anyone help me please
